RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Meet or exceed goals set by agency to drive revenue and increase customer success. .
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Provide exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience preferred
- Ability to effectively relate to a customer.
- Job contingent on obtaining Property & Casualty license within 30 days of employment.
- Spanish bilingual preferred but not required.
- Self-motivated professional who is driven by goal setting and customer success.
Compensation: $35,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

- I have been a State Farm agent since 2001.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Employee.
