Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively sell life and health insurance policies to both new and existing clients.
  • Conduct thorough needs analyses to recommend tailored insurance products that meet client needs.
  • Clearly explain policy features, benefits, and exclusions to ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Assist clients through claims and policy changes, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting relationships with clients founded on trust and integrity.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and embrace new product offerings to give your clients the best options available.
  • Ensure all operations comply with state and federal regulations, upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Qualifications:
  • Active state insurance license for life and health insurance.
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred and valued!
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with diverse clients.
  • Strong aptitude for understanding and simplifying complex insurance products.
  • Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient with insurance agency software to streamline processes effectively.
